Biography

WELCOME

Maybe you’re used to being the strong one for everyone else, but lately it feels like a lot to carry on your own. Or maybe life keeps throwing curveballs, leaving you exhausted and defeated. If you’re here, something in you is ready for support—and that matters.

I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Opening up to someone new, finding the right fit, and even taking that first step can be a lot. But I also believe therapy can be deeply healing and transformative when it feels right. I’m here because I know what it’s like to struggle in silence while trying to keep it all together.

My passion for this work comes from personal and professional experiences that have shaped my belief in the importance of feeling seen, supported, and understood. My commitment to all my clients is to create a space for you to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and feel like you’re not doing this alone.

MY CLIENTS

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and grief, exploring identity, and life’s more overwhelming or uncertain seasons. Across all these experiences, many of my clients share a common thread: they are thoughtful, self-aware, and willing to be authentically and unapologetically themselves in the room.

Many of my clients are individuals who have spent years holding everything together for everyone else—often while feeling exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of who they are outside of those roles. Others are navigating major identity shifts, including motherhood, postpartum adjustment, or transitions in relationships, work, or self-concept.

I also work with individuals who have come to understand themselves through a late diagnosis of ADHD, autism, or other neurodevelopmental differences. These clients are often processing years of feeling “different,” misunderstood, or like they had to mask or overcompensate to fit into expectations that were never designed for them.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin— that’s kind of the point, right? Together, we will explore underlying core issues and make sense of what feels heavy, confusing, or stuck, while building understanding, self-trust, and reconnecting you with your strengths so you can move through life’s challenges with confidence.

WHY WORK WITH ME?

I believe therapy works best when it feels human—not stiff, robotic, or overly clinical. I show up as a real person in the room, and I want you to feel like you can do the same.

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and strength-based. I strive to create a space where you feel safe enough to be fully yourself, especially if you’ve spent a lifetime adapting to meet the needs and expectations of others.

MY APPROACH

I take a down-to-earth, direct and relational approach to therapy that is tailored to you. Just because I say something will be helpful, doesn’t mean that it will work for you—and that’s okay! I want my clients to feel empowered to implement tools into real life and come back to the drawing board if something doesn’t “fit quite right.”

Some sessions may focus on processing past experiences and deeper emotional patterns, while others may center on building practical coping skills, nervous system regulation, and everyday clarity through evidenced-based interventions such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and more.

Above all, our work together is collaborative—we move at your pace, following what feels most important and meaningful to you in each moment.

LET’S CONNECT

Reaching out is the first step toward lessening what you’ve been carrying alone. If you’re ready for a space where you can show up as yourself and begin moving toward more clarity, confidence, and self-understanding, I’d love to connect.
